Mr Little's Yetholm Gypsy is a rare and colourful Heritage Potato- the only variety to show red white and blue!
There is a a fascinating history behind it for us, because it was developed in the nearby Border Village of Yetholm, which is the Gypsy capital of Scotland. It was developed and grown by the Little brothers, (and continues to be grown by the Little family).
RECOMMENDED COOKING METHODS
Due to the floury, wholesome flavour, Mr Little's Yetholm Gypsy can be cooked with the skin on boiled or steamed, and it will still keep the unique colour.
