Spicy Specialist Heritage Potato Wedges and Crisps

Spicy Specialist Heritage Potato Wedges and Crisps

Ingredients

  • 500g Red King Edward, Fortyfold, Yukon Gold, Shetland Black, Red Duke of York, Salad Blue or Highland Burgundy potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce Large bag ready salted crisps
  • 1/4 tsp Hot Chilli Powder
  • 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Creme Fraiche
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Chives, Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Place the potato wedges in a bowl and add the oil and chilli sauce. Stir well until evenly coated. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until the potato wedges are tender.
  2. Meanwhile, shake the crisps and chilli powder together.
  3. Combine all the dip ingredients together and serve with the potato wedges and crisps.
