Spicy Specialist Heritage Potato Wedges and Crisps
With a Creamy Dip

Ingredients
- 500g Red King Edward, Fortyfold, Yukon Gold, Shetland Black, Red Duke of York, Salad Blue or Highland Burgundy potatoes cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce Large bag ready salted crisps
- 1/4 tsp Hot Chilli Powder
- 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Creme Fraiche
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Chives, Salt and Pepper
Method
- Place the potato wedges in a bowl and add the oil and chilli sauce. Stir well until evenly coated. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until the potato wedges are tender.
- Meanwhile, shake the crisps and chilli powder together.
- Combine all the dip ingredients together and serve with the potato wedges and crisps.
